Engel has been fishing this area's Bay systems since 1985. He has been a USCG licensed professional guide since 1996 and is a member of the Coastal Bend Guides Assn. Capt. Marvin Engel also enjoys fishing the many bays and flats in of south Texas and fishes the Coastal Bend Bay area year round, including Aransas Bay, Redfish Bay, CC Bay, Nueces Bay, and Laguna Madre. It is widely know that South Texas Bay fishing is excellent year round. The Laguna Madre bay system has alot of trout, redfish, and flounder just waiting for you to catch!





Capt. Engel's Boat:

22' Bluewave ST (Super Tunnel) Bay Boat is Powered by a 2005 Evinrude E-Tec 200HP Engine equipped with a CMC Jackplate for access to shallow water. Boat also equipped with a Great White Trolling Motor to quietly ease into fishing spots.








The Land Cut is another great fishing area located south of Baffin bay connecting the south Laguna Madre with the north Laguna Madre.

Baffin Bay on the Laguna Madre holds many large trout on the rocks found throughout the bay. (Baffin is known for large trout.)

Other sites of local interest: Texas State Aquarium, USS Lexington, and C.C. Museum, all located in Corpus Christi, TX. "

For larger parties, multi-boat trips are available.

Your Guided Trip Includes:
All tackle, artificial baits, live bait (when available), Ice and your fish clean for your
convenience is included with each trip. A $100.00 Deposit required upon bookings.
Deposits are refunded if 14 day notification is made prior to your fishing excursion.


Don't forget your Texas Fishing License and Saltwater Stamp to fish Texas Waters.

Suggest you bring your sunscreen, sunglasses, cap, comfortable shoes, sandals,
snacks, drinks, ice chest and a camcorder or camera.
Weather conditions can be unpredictable.
Please plan ahead and bring proper fishing attire for the day of your trip.

Fish caught are cleaned and packaged for your convenience.
